Respiratory Health Programs

Lung function assessment includes a full respiratory history and Spirometry.

This is recommended for employees exposed to contaminants in the air, i.e. welding fumes, isocyanates, dust, silica, asbestos and other chemicals. OH Well use calibrated Easy-on spirometers and registered nurses with advanced respiratory qualifications to complete this testing. If your employees are required to wear fitted respirators, OH Well is able to provide qualitative fit testing. This ensures that the employees respiratory protection is the correct size and fit. It is recommended that fit testing is completed prior to the issuing of the respiratory protection and annually following this.
